With over 30 years of working in the health and allied health industry, June has experienced the many changes and technological developments that have generated the need for formal education and training across all levels of this extremely important industry.
Her initial employment involved working for an individual health practitioner and progressed through the private sector to management for national health providers. As regulations, guidelines and laws were implemented, formal education and training became a necessity for all practice staff including management.
After completing tertiary level education in Commerce and a Diploma of Practice Management, June gained her qualification for Training and Assessment. She delivers training, coaching and mentoring in person and online, across Australia for this exciting and ever changing industry. Living and working in rural and remote areas is no longer a barrier to achieving career excellence in this profession, at whatever preferred level.
