Maja Ajdukovic has over ten years’ experience as a registered pharmacist. A graduate of University of South Australia, she undertook her honours research in the field of medication-related hospital presentations.
She has collaborated extensively with stakeholders in primary care, including Medicare locals, PHNs, The Lung Foundation, Alzheimer’s SA, Asthma Foundation SA, Palliative Care SA, and Diabetes SA.
She is an active member of The Pharmacy Guild of Australia South Australian Branch, undertaking the role of the acting Branch Director in 2016. She has also worked with The Australian Pharmacy Council.
In her current role as Business Development Manager–Primary Care, Maja focuses on primary care initiatives in community pharmacy, including digital health, immunisations, and PHNs. She’s the Guild’s representative to National Aged Care Alliance and Health Care Homes Evaluation working Group.
Maja is also undertaking studies in Masters of Health and Human Service Management and continues to regularly practice in community pharmacy.
