Stacy Kambouris is and experience AGPAL and QIP assessor/surveyor and has been in the health and medical sector for over 20 years, holding positions as a registered nurse from practicing in a clinical setting through to health care management and policy development. Through his varied roles he has developed a wide range of skills and comprehensive experience in human resource management, organisational quality management frameworks, and consulting in large and small health orientated organisations.
With a strong focus of creating a culture of quality within organisations, Stacy has assisted numerous organisations with meeting specific health care standards and maintaining accreditation through regular auditing and quality improvement frameworks. He has had the opportunity to experience various health care settings, which include general hospitals, medical centres, day surgeries, detention centres, prisons, aged care, Community Health Centres, and allied health facilities.
Stacy has a vast knowledge of the application of various standards in health care settings, allowing an understanding of how to apply standards in various environments to improve patient safety and quality of care.
